EXPERIMENT AIM AND HYPOTHESES
Does learning Tai Chi have an impact on my level of Joy? In a broader sense this experiment also covers, joining a class not knowing anyone, trying something new, learning a new skill, movement & exercise and slow movement
METHOD
10 week program of Beginners to Tai Chi at the local community center. Each session is on Wednesday’s during the day for an hour.
