Joy isn’t just a feeling or emotion, its a way of being, in its truest form, fully embodied.
This Joy Embodiment Workshop is about bringing in the full embodiment of Joy.
This work is a six part series or as a 3 day immersion and will be taken on the road into Melbourne metropolitan & regional Victoria Australia from July 2019.

Session 1: JOY of the MIND
Here we introduce ourselves to the Joy Embodiment program setting our intentions for what we want to create and discover in embodying joy. In this session we play with our mind’s perspective, examining its relationship to Joy consciously and unconsciously. We probe what might be blocking Joy for us and play with gratitude as one key in unlocking it.
Session 2: JOY of the BODY
Here we drop from our minds perspective of joy into that of the body. We examine the connection and our disconnection with our bodies and the correlation this has to experiencing joy. Joy body blockers are prevalent, so we will unpack and apply practical tools to bring us home, to our bodies, in joy.
Session 3: JOY of speaking with the BODY – mind, heart & guts
Do you know we have more than one brain, more than three in fact! Here we discuss what a brain actually is. Then we facilitate connecting with our primary brains, head, heart & guts. Connecting, integrating and aligning them to open up a whole conversation of unconscious internal wisdom & joy.
Session 4: JOY of being in my EDGE
It is said that growth happens in the uncomfortable zone. Here we examine how this is the case and look at what creates motivation for the changes we desire. We will play with simple, deliberate methods to facilitating being in our edge, pushing our boundaries to create real, instant personal transformation and the joy this ultimately brings.
Session 5: JOY of our NATURAL STATE and our SOUL
Joylessness is rife in our world. Here we examine the situations in which joy and our soul’s connection thrive. We play with the human created constructs which decrease joy and investigate the natural states which evoke joy.
Session 6: JOY of LIFE
Joy of life, here we try on some philosophies that allow us to dance joyfully through the game of life. From quantum physics, law of attraction and discovering our purpose. We can see beyond our experiences, use our discovered emotional resilience and behavioral flexibility from this workshop series. Embodied Joy becomes a vehicle to ride the wild life ride.
