Introducing Melitta who is a devoted Workshop Facilitator, Yoga Teacher, Coach and Adventure Leader who imparts her radiant spirit and joy for life into all her offerings leaving you feeling light, energised and inspired.

Melitta has been running her own business for over 10 years and has literally helped thousands of people discover their inner resources. Backed by university degrees in Sport Science and Health Studies, Melitta is also an accredited Life Coaching practitioner and Yoga Australia Teacher. Always drawn to that which heals, energises and motivates individuals and groups, Melitta has a passion for taking it one step further; empowering action and lasting change. It is through the modalities of Yoga Teaching, Life Coaching, Workshop Facilitation and Life-changing Journeys that Melitta has really made her mark and continues to create new pathways to assist others to empower themselves. Melitta has been practicing yoga for over 15yrs, having come from a meditation background through her commitment to Vipassana meditation. She has enjoyed teaching various groups and individuals; ranging in age from 6-60yrs; likewise in experience and individuality. Being passionate about Yoga and its many forms, her individual practice incorporates kriya, meditation, hatha and nada yoga . . . “My goal as a teacher is to open the doorway of yoga practice and offer it as a welcoming, accessible path to health and vitality for all. To uncover everyone’s innate harmony within.” Melitta has many projects on the go; her current passion project being “REAL RAW NEPAL – Mountain Yoga Adventure” – an exciting travel journey into the real Nepal. Having lived in Nepal, Melitta has an intimate love of the country, people, culture and mountains so she has combined all her ‘must see’ experiences into a transformational 11 day journey.
